I miss you today. More than the other days up to know. I'm sick, enough said. It seems in the rush and the stress of getting you packed and off and then the week of holding my breath and patiently waiting for you to safely set foot inside the walls of your base, I ate poorly and didn't get enough sleep and now this nasty funk has hit. I had a terrible night of coughing and just feel like poo. I plan on snuggling up to your pillow tonight and pretending its you I'm hugging, because snuggling you is the best medicine around.
The kids and I had a laid back day...see first paragraph. We did brave Walmart earlier, its pretty mild mid-day. We needed medicine for me and food..did you know the kids and the cat both get grumpy when you forget to feed them? Just kidding, I haven't forgotten either yet. We are planning another care package now that I know how long they take to get to you. I don't want you to have to wait weeks and weeks and weeks in between.
I made a new dress for Stella today! It's a pillowcase dress (no I didn't use a pillowcase) and its pretty cute. I'll be sure to post a picture for you tomorrow.
That's about it I guess, really nothing fancy happening over here. Reese has been sleeping directly on top of my stomach since you left, I guess he misses snuggling you to.
